About Us

Otago Management and Construction Limited (OMC Ltd) has been in Construction Project around the great Dunedin area and, as far as Wanaka, since 2006.

Stephen and Janet Chittock are the directors and Shareholders of the company with Stephen managing the on-site work ad Janet in charge of the administration.

The company has been involved in a varied range of construction projects over the last 18 years including commercial fit-outs, school extensions, new house builds and renovations, sub-division planning design and builds.

Since 2018 OMC has partnered with Bunnings to build Clever Living Homes, designed as affordable housing options for existing or first time home owners.
