Since 2018, OMC has partnered with Bunnings to build several 2 and 3-bedroom homes from the Clever Living Homes house designs.

Designed as transportable homes from 60 -115m2, they can be built either off-site and transported to site or constructed entirely on-site.

Using timber foundations offers greater flexibility when building on sloping or hard to access sites. Homes owners love the comfort of wooden floors, and we have the option to install natural timber floors as a feature.

All Clever Living Homes plans are multi-proofed by MBIE, which allow for quicker and cheaper processing by the local authority.
