OMC has been involved with several completed subdivisions association with Stephen and Janet.

They have ranged from 5-15 lot subdivisions catering for 2-bedroom townhouses right up to 5-bedroom luxury homes. Many of the homes were also built in the subdivisions either as a pre-designed or developed as Design and Build purchases.

Lucan Court in Mornington included both 2 and 3-bedroom townhouses and larger family homes catering for the full range of ages for younger to working couples and fully retired couples.

Stonehurst in Caversham was soley a townhouse development of 14 x 2 and 3-bedroom units. Based on a similar foot print and floor plan, the site has natural contours that enabled the designs to maximize the views for all homeowners while, at the same time, creating private outdoor living spaces.

Beachcombers Retreat is a new subdivision planned for the popular Brighton Beach area that will offer 2-bedroom townhouses to 4-bedroom family homes.
